With a couple of clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you can set up five different safety levels. In case you still get junk messages or the spam filters start preventing authentic email messages from reaching your inbox, you can switch to a different level just as easily. The quality of our spam detection solution is ensured by one of the most famous filters – SpamAssassin. If you don’t want to risk skipping a genuine message that may be considered as spam due to its content, you can also set up custom email filters based on the body, the sender or the subject of the message and forward the emails to a different email account where you can check them at a later point in time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you take advantage of one of our semi-dedicated hosting, you won’t need to worry about junk emails clogging your mailboxes all the time, as you can resort to the popular SpamAssassin email filter that we provide with every semi-dedicated server account. Our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel will permit you to activate the filter for any mailbox with several mouse clicks and you can choose any of the 5 security levels – from very high to very low. The level can be altered at any moment if, for instance, genuine emails get filtered, or if unsolicited bulk email messages go through and reach your Inbox folder. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered messages to be forwarded to a special mailbox such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be erased. In this way, you can check them every now and then to make sure that you have not missed an authentic email message.
